Nicola Ianeselli

Mr. Ianeselli is a Mensa member, entrepreneur, and technology enthusiast with a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM), blockchain, and innovative persuasion. With a strong background in community leadership, Nicola has been involved with organizations such as the Rotary Foundation, InterNations, and the Board of European Students of Technology. Skilled in team working, conflict-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence, he has also delved into artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Nicola has held key positions such as the Chief Operating Officer at BECGrid Corp and WindArt Ventures, where he has overseen various aspects of business operations, including implementing cutting-edge technologies and managing multinational teams. As a BIM Lead at Astaldi Construction Corporation, he has been responsible for BIM management, project initiation, and blockchain implementation for numerous construction projects in the US and Mexico.

Nicola has earned a Master's degree in Engineering and Architecture, an executive MBA, and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. His thesis, "BIM and Management of Public Works," focused on facility management and integrated approaches using BIM models. Nicola has also completed numerous supplemental courses, including machine learning at Stanford University under Andrew Ng's guidance, and various leadership and project management programs.

Throughout his career, Nicola has contributed to numerous publications and co-authored several Master's theses in collaboration with esteemed professors. As an environmental advocate, he has served as a US ambassador for the National Observatory for the Protection of the Sea (ONTM) and has been an environmental protection evangelist. In his free time, Nicola enjoys a wide range of activities, such as sailing, traveling, cooking, exploring, drawing, and music. He is also an avid scuba diver, snorkeler, and enthusiast of blockchain technology and machine learning. Italian is his mother tongue, Spanish and English fluent, and German and French intermediate.
